Praise be to God, Lord of the worlds, and prayers and peace be upon the best of all of God’s creation, our master Mohammed bin Abdullah, the envoy, is a mercy to the worlds, and to his family and his companions and those who followed his path to the day of resurrection and religion.

I have the honor, on this evening, His Excellency the President of the Sovereign Council, His Excellency Prime Minister and our dear guests, to address your honorable gathering, on behalf of the Supreme Committee for the celebration of the sixty-fourth anniversary of glorious independence.
